Hotel Description

You know what surprised me most about this studio on Žrtava Fašizma? The silence. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Budva’s old town madness, but somehow this little street feels like it exists in its own pocket of calm. The building itself is nothing fancy – honestly, it looks pretty standard from the outside – but step inside and you get why this place is pulling 9.7 ratings.

The studio is small but actually smart about it, if that makes sense. Everything fits where it should, and there’s this tiny balcony that catches morning light perfectly (I spent way too many mornings out there with coffee, watching locals head to work). The owner clearly gets what travelers need – decent wifi, a kitchen that’s not just for show, and thank god, proper blackout curtains. The shower has actual pressure too, which honestly shocked me after some other places I’d stayed in Montenegro. One thing though – if you’re bringing massive suitcases, just know you’ll be playing Tetris with the space. But couples or solo travelers? You’re golden.

What really sold me on the location was discovering I could walk to three different beaches without breaking a sweat, but also duck into Maslina for groceries or hit up that little bakery on the corner (the burek there is ridiculous). The old town gets absolutely nuts during peak season – I’m talking shoulder-to-shoulder crowds – but you can escape back here and actually breathe. Parking’s the usual Budva nightmare, but the owner gave me solid tips on where to find spots that locals use. And here’s something nobody tells you: the street runs parallel to the main tourist drag, so you get all the convenience without the 2 AM drunk singing that echoes through the old town. I slept better here than I had in weeks, which as someone who travels constantly, means everything to me. Plus, when you want the chaos – the restaurants, the beach clubs, the whole Adriatic summer scene – it’s all right there waiting for you.

Reviews

  • Wonderful – Artur from Estonia – July 26, 2025 (9/10)

The apartment is well-equipped and situated in a quiet area, with a grocery store conveniently located just across the street. From the balcony, there is a view of the neighboring building and a partial view of the mountains.

What could be improved: The only downsides are the absence of a capsule coffee machine and a rather high, inconvenient threshold to the bathroom.

  • Wonderful – Фёкла from Ukraine – June 9, 2025 (9/10)

Location is great between Mogren Beach and Becici Beach. 20-25 min walk to the old town. Small, but everything that u need there (+house not exactly on the road what is very good). Nearest beach 15 min walk. Some supermarkets and kiosks around, one of the best restaurant (Armenian) "Mangal" 3 min walk.
Nice balcony. Washing machine. But microwave don't work, better to remove it course it's big and takes too much place on the small kitchen.
Melitsa is very helpful and always on connection. Easy stay.

  • Exceptional – Diana from Montenegro – May 13, 2025 (10/10)

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The location was great, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again

  • Exceptional – Deborah from United States – March 3, 2025 (10/10)

The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. It was close to all amenities and a short walk to the beach. The host, Millica was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

What could be improved: Top floor and some steps to get to the apartment, but the exercise was good

  • Wonderful – Jack from United States – January 5, 2025 (9/10)

The host is super friendly and kind. Very good communication. The place is clean and quiet. It has all you need for a comfortable staying. The location is great a few minutes away from the main supermarket, restaurants, and the shoreline. WIFI works well. I enjoyed staying.

What could be improved: No comments

  • Exceptional – Miguel from United Kingdom – August 26, 2024 (10/10)

The apartment is complete. The host was very accomodating. Even waited for my late arrival. I did not expect that the crossing from croatia to montenegro is a nightmare

What could be improved: The bed can be improved

  • Exceptional – Magnus from Spain – May 7, 2024 (10/10)

Lovely hostess and a great apartment in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and there's a minimart across the street. It takes about 8 minutes to walk down to the beach and roughly 25 minutes to reach Old Town on foot. The mountain backdrop from the balcony is spectacular. If you like IPA, there's a small bar a couple of minutes to the left (pass London Cafe and stay on that side of the road).
    Highly recommend accommodation.

  • Wonderful stay at a cozy apartment. – Dmitriy from Serbia – July 3, 2023 (10/10)

Everything was amazing. The apartment has all the necessary equipment. The host was very kind and hospitable. We were with our cat and the host provided some blankets to cover the sofa. She also shared some tea (we came on Sunday and all the stores were closed) and was ready to help. Thank you so much for a very warm welcome 🤗

  • Exceptional – Dmitriy from Serbia – October 1, 2022 (10/10)

Very nice apartment, clean, beautiful. Pretty quiet environment around the house. The host is very friendly, kind and responsive. The aparment has everything that you need (equipment, towels, bad sheets, etc.) and we have almost no need to bother the host)). We are very glad that we were allower to get our cat with us, and the hostes was very kind to it too 🙂

What could be improved: If you are traveling with a pet, be aware that the sofa has some parts from artificial leather 😉 But there are lots of pillows, some throws and clean carpets, so we have covered lether parts with them in order to feel safe.

  • A great place – Magdalena from Poland – September 11, 2022 (10/10)

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment has got everything you may need and the host, who lives next door, is very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommed it!
