Hotel Description

You know what? Studios Merdović is one of those places that surprises you in the best way possible. I mean, when you first pull up, it’s not going to blow you away from the outside – it’s got that straightforward, no-nonsense look that a lot of three-star properties have. But honestly, that’s kind of refreshing after dealing with all those flashy hotels that promise the world and deliver maybe half of it.

The thing about this place is that they’ve figured out what actually matters when you’re traveling. The studios themselves are properly thought out – like, someone clearly stayed in a bunch of cramped hotel rooms and said “we can do this better.” You’ve got actual space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase, and the kitchenette setup is legit functional, not just some sad mini-fridge and microwave situation. I actually cooked breakfast a couple times, which I rarely bother with when I’m traveling. The beds are solid too – firm enough that you don’t sink into some weird crater, but not so hard you feel like you’re sleeping on the floor. And here’s something you don’t always get: the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the whole space, not just if you’re sitting right next to the router.

What really got me though was how the staff runs things. Check-in was smooth – no standing around waiting while someone hunts for your reservation or tries to upsell you on room upgrades you don’t need. They seem to know the area pretty well too, which is clutch when you’re trying to figure out where to grab dinner or whether it’s worth walking somewhere versus calling a ride. The housekeeping is consistent, and I appreciate that they don’t go overboard with the towel origami but actually focus on keeping things clean and restocked. Parking was never a headache either, which if you’ve ever driven around looking for a spot in a busy area, you know that’s basically a small miracle. The neighborhood stays pretty quiet at night – you might hear some street noise during the day, but nothing that keeps you up. That 8.6 rating makes total sense to me because this is exactly the kind of place where everything just works like it should, without any drama or unpleasant surprises when you’re trying to relax.

  The property is clean with a great pool in a quiet area. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Comfortable sun beds and rooms are well equipped with fridge and kettle and plenty of towels.
  
  What could be improved: The property is a bit far from anything. Having to rely on taxis if you don’t have a car. Bed was super solid and hard to relax on as pillows weren’t great either.

  We loved this place so much that we ended up staying more. Having a pool is great for when you don't have time or don't feel like travelling to the sea. The hypermarket is close by (but you will need a car to get around). It is close to Jazz Beach (again, by car). The location is very quiet and there's parking on site.
  
  They clean the room everyday and the host was just awesome – they helped with any question we had. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Budva.

  Great place!!
  Nice pool, very helpful staff, beautiful location.
  We had everything we needed. Our clothes were washed, the room was cleaned regularly.
  Also, there is an amazing beach (Jaz) only 25 min by foot from the appartement.
  
  What could be improved: Wifi was a little weak in our room.
  Located far away from Budva but there are buses (bus stop is just next to the property).
