You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from SunSea Apartments when I first pulled up – I mean, it’s a 3-star place and honestly, that can go either way. But this spot actually surprised me in the best possible way. The building has this laid-back, almost residential vibe that immediately made me feel like I was staying somewhere locals might actually live, not just another tourist trap. The lobby isn’t fancy or anything, but there’s something refreshingly honest about it – clean, comfortable furniture and staff who seem genuinely happy to help rather than going through the motions.

The apartment itself was where this place really won me over. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels where “apartment-style” basically means they stuck a mini-fridge in the corner and called it a day, but SunSea actually gets it right. The kitchen had everything I needed to make proper meals (thank god, because eating out every night gets expensive fast), and the living area felt spacious enough that I wasn’t constantly bumping into my travel companion. The bed was surprisingly comfortable – you know how apartment hotels sometimes cheap out on the mattresses? Not here. I actually slept better than I do at home, which is saying something. The bathroom was clean and modern, though I’ll be honest, the water pressure could’ve been a bit stronger, but that’s a pretty minor complaint.

What really sealed the deal for me was how quiet it was at night. I’m someone who needs actual silence to sleep, and even though we weren’t on a particularly high floor, I barely heard any street noise. The air conditioning worked like a dream too – important if you’re visiting during the warmer months. The whole place just felt well-maintained in a way that showed someone actually cares about the guest experience. Check-in was smooth, parking was straightforward (and free, which was a nice surprise), and honestly, by the end of my stay I was already thinking about booking again for my next trip. For the price point, SunSea Apartments delivers way more than it promises – it’s one of those places that doesn’t need to oversell itself because it just quietly does everything right.

  What could be improved: Just I mentioned that as request there could be some snacks and drinks or any preparation in advance befoer we entered because it would be special day, so there was nothing but beside this everything was amazing. We liked it

  Great location, everything you might need is within walking distance, not far from the beach and the bus station. The apartments are also very clean.

  Great apartment, very close to the beach and Old Town. There is a parking lot close to the apartment as well. I would highly recommend this apartment to everybody.
