Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to TILIA Apartments – I mean, it’s technically a 3-star place, so you sort of brace yourself for mediocrity, right? But wow, sometimes ratings just don’t tell the whole story because this place is absolutely crushing it with a 9.8 guest score, and after staying there, I totally get why.

The thing that hit me first was how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between apartment-style independence and actual hotel service. You know what I mean – you get your own proper kitchen (not just a sad mini-fridge situation), but someone’s still making sure everything’s spotless and working perfectly. The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there, not like they were furnished by committee. Real artwork on the walls, decent lighting that doesn’t make you look dead, and – this sounds small but trust me on this – the Wi-Fi actually works everywhere, including that dead zone most places have near the bathroom.

What really won me over was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for more than a night. The kitchen has proper knives (hotel people, are you listening?), the shower pressure doesn’t give up halfway through washing your hair, and the beds are firm enough that you don’t wake up feeling like you wrestled a mattress all night. Plus, and I cannot stress this enough, the walls are properly soundproofed. I’m talking about being able to sleep past 7 AM even when there’s street activity, which honestly feels like a minor miracle these days. The whole place just runs smoothly – check-in was quick without being rushed, the staff actually remembers your name after day one, and when I had a question about the coffee machine (because apparently I’m hopeless with anything more complicated than a regular coffee maker), someone came up within ten minutes to show me the tricks. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels like the people running it actually care whether you have a good time, rather than just trying to flip rooms as fast as possible.

  Lokacija odlicna, parking u okviru objekta sto je jako bitno u Budvi. Gostoprimljivi i jako ljubazni domacini, cisto i u mirnom delu Budve sto je isto bitno ako zelite da spavate normalno 🙂

  Apartman izuzetno čist i uredan, adekvatno opremljen za višednevni boravak. Vlasnici su se maksimalno trudili da u bilo kom trenutku imamo slobodno parking mesto. Internet je radio perfektno, imali smo potpunu slobodu korišćenja klima uređaja. Zaista prijatni i vedri ljudi, svaka preporuka.

  Majitelé provozují květinářství, dvůr je tedy plný krásných květin, dvůr je zastřešený pergolami, po kterých roste kiwi. Apartmán vypadá přesně jako na fotce. Obsahuje vše nutné, lednici, dvouplotýnku, klimatizaci… můžete si pustit i televizi. Obyvatelé domu jsou velice milí a příjemní lidé. Ložní prádlo čisté, během pobytu nám nabídli výměnu za čisté a možnost vyprat si vlastní prádlo v pračce. Kuchyňka obsahuje nádobí pro dvě osoby a základní příslušenství ma vaření
