It’s got this perfect sweet spot location on Jadranski put where you’re close enough to hear the buzz from Budva’s old town, but far enough that you can actually sleep at night. I mean, if you’ve been to Budva in summer, you know how crazy it gets – but this place sits just right where the energy fades to a comfortable hum.

The apartment itself feels like staying at someone’s well-kept second home rather than a typical hotel room. Honestly, that 9.7 rating makes sense once you’re inside – everything just works the way it should, which sounds basic but isn’t always guaranteed in Montenegro’s coastal spots. The owners clearly know their stuff about what travelers actually need. There’s proper blackout situations for the curtains (trust me, Mediterranean sun hits different at 5:30 AM), and the kitchen setup is thoughtful – not just thrown together like some places. What really got me was how quiet it stays despite being walkable to everything. You can stroll to the beach or duck into the old town’s maze of restaurants without dealing with parking nightmares, but you’re not stuck listening to drunk tourists stumbling home at 3 AM.

The whole vibe here is sort of… unpretentious? Like, it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything feels intentional and comfortable. I actually ended up extending my stay because – well, finding a place in Budva that hits that balance between convenient and peaceful isn’t easy, especially during peak season. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward hovering around waiting for someone to show up. If you’re the type who wants to experience Budva without feeling like you’re camping in the middle of a party (but still be close enough to join when you want), this spot gets it right.

  Our host took us from the airport at the beginning and end of the holiday and was very helpful. The house is very useful, extremely clean, it has all the facilities such as iron hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. I have a lot of clean towels and duvet covers. We were greeted with a smile at all times.
  
  What could be improved: I state this issue not as a negativity, but as a precaution for people who may have health problems. Although the location of the house is extremely central, stairs are used a lot in transportation.

  Amazing apartment, immaculately clean and great location – 5 minute walk from old town. Apartment has everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine which was super handy. The owner also picked and dropped us off at the bus which was so lovely. 100% recommend this place!

  The apartment was SUPER clean and tidy, it was a quick walk down to the Old Town center (tougher walk up though), and the host didn’t speak English but he was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable/okay!
