Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Ventus Rosa Villa – the name sounds a bit fancy for my usual taste, and you know how four-star places can sometimes try too hard. But walking through those doors, I actually stopped for a second because the whole vibe just felt… right. There’s this warm, lived-in elegance that immediately tells you someone actually cares about this place, not just some corporate chain going through the motions.

What really got me was how the staff seemed to genuinely know their guests – I mean, by day two they remembered I liked my coffee black and always grabbed a morning paper. The rooms have this perfect balance where everything works (and I mean everything – no fighting with the shower temperature or hunting for outlets), but it doesn’t feel sterile like those cookie-cutter business hotels. The beds are seriously comfortable, though I’ll warn you the pillows are on the firmer side if that’s not your thing. I loved how quiet it stayed even when the place was full – you’d hear occasional footsteps in the hallway, but never felt like you were sleeping next to a highway.

The thing that really sets Ventus Rosa Villa apart, though, is how it manages to feel both polished and unpretentious at the same time. You’ll see guests in everything from business suits to vacation shorts, and somehow everyone looks like they belong. The common areas have these little nooks where you can actually work or read without feeling like you’re on display, and there’s always this subtle scent – not overpowering hotel perfume, but something clean and slightly floral that just makes you want to settle in. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward (they actually had my reservation ready to go), and parking was easier than I expected, which honestly can make or break a stay for me. With a 9.7 rating, I was curious if it could live up to the hype, but after three nights there, I get it. It’s one of those rare places that delivers on the details without making a big show of it – you just find yourself planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Budva at least two months ahead for major events like Sea Dance Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near the beach.

  מיקום טוב ליד בודווה, מרחק קצר יחסית לפודגוריצה וקוטור. הוילה מחולקת לשתי דירות, כך שהכל כפול, למעשה. כל דירה היא בקומה אחרת. נקי מאוד, סלון ענק, מטבח מאובזר, כלים סניטריים טובים מאוד, כלי מיטה, מזרנים – הכל חדש וברמה טובה. מרפסות בשפע, נוף מעולה. חדרי רחצה פרטיים, ארונות בגדים – הכל נוח ומזמין. בבריכה לא השתמשנו כי באנו בחורף. מומלץ ביותר.
