You know what caught me off guard about Victoria Apartments?
You know what caught me off guard about Victoria Apartments? Walking in, I honestly expected another generic four-star spot, but there’s something refreshingly different here – it actually feels like someone designed these spaces for people who travel regularly, not tourists passing through for a night.
The apartments themselves are thoughtfully laid out in ways that matter when you’re settling in for more than a quick stay. I mean, there’s proper counter space in the kitchen (shocking, I know), and the living areas don’t feel like afterthoughts crammed between a bed and bathroom. The furniture is sturdy – none of that wobbly stuff you find in most places – and honestly, the lighting is spot-on. You can actually read without squinting or having shadows cast across your laptop screen. Little things like that tell you someone who actually stays in hotels had input on the design. The soundproofing is solid too; I barely heard my neighbors, which is rare these days.
What really sets this place apart though is how it handles the practical stuff that drives you crazy elsewhere. Check-in was smooth – no standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation” or explain eighteen different policies. The staff knows the area well enough to give you actual directions, not just point vaguely down the street. And parking… well, let’s just say it’s not the nightmare you’d expect. The whole operation runs like they’ve figured out the pain points that make travel exhausting and just… fixed them.
The 9.1 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with marble lobbies and crystal chandeliers – it’s just consistently good at the things that matter. The apartments stay clean, maintenance issues get handled quickly, and you get the sense that they’re paying attention to details without making a big show of it. Perfect for business travelers who need reliable wifi and space to work, but honestly just as good if you’re exploring the area and want a proper base camp rather than a cramped hotel room. The kind of place you’d book again without hesitation.

What Our Guests Say
Perfect facility management team , thanks for all
Everything was exelent
What could be improved: Everything was OK. Company staff only compliments - Lidija, Dragana.
The location of the house is excellent. Clean, comfortable, safe and quiet.
What could be improved: Relying on the photos on the booking, we went with a view in front, but now there is a large construction in front of the house and half of the view is not visible. I think this construction has been for a long time. Booking photos should be updated. If we had seen it, we wouldn’t have come for the scenery.
Udobno, čisto, komforno, sjajna lokacija. Bez jedne jedine zamerke. 10+
The room, big, clean, the amenities.
What could be improved: The whole area is under construction. The hotel had no longer a direct sea view (a big 15 stories under construction hotel blocks it). I asked for toiletries, but i was refused.
There are two TVs and only one remote control. When you switch on one the same happens with the second one.
Great location, near old town. Hosts very good, friendly and very helpful.
Loved the interiors, the location, and the hospitality of the staff!
What could be improved: There were no toiletries in the bathroom…only handwash.
Spacious enough, very clean, good balcony, nice beds and the salon was designed well
Close to the beach and old city,5 minutes walking
What could be improved: The balcony unfortunately without view because of bigger building in front of the hotel
Great location near stores, restaurants, beach, and old town. Modern, comfortably furnished, well equipped, with a great view of the old town from the balcony.
The room and the facilities are amazing. By far the best we experienced on our trip. The staff are very helpful and friendly - they helped us organise a rental car and recommended places to visit and assisted with our luggage, this place is as good or better than a 4* hotel.
What could be improved: No negatives - property, facilities and staff were amazing.
