You know what struck me first about Vila Sipovac? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you – and somehow that makes it more charming. I mean, it’s a solid 3-star spot, but honestly, it punches above its weight in ways that matter. The lobby has this lived-in feel, not sterile like some of the chain hotels nearby, and the staff actually remembers your name after day two (which, let’s be real, is pretty rare these days). When I checked in, the receptionist mentioned the best time to hit the local market – that kind of insider tip you can’t get from a booking app.

The rooms are what I’d call “comfortable without the fuss.” Clean lines, decent space, and – here’s something I really appreciated – the beds are actually firm enough that you don’t wake up feeling like you slept in a hammock. The bathroom’s got good water pressure (always my test), though the shower’s a bit compact if you’re over six feet tall. What really sold me was how quiet it gets at night. I’m usually a light sleeper, but even with windows slightly open, you just get this gentle background hum of the neighborhood settling in. The Wi-Fi works properly too, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy in 2024, but here we are.

Here’s the thing about Vila Sipovac – it sits in this sweet spot where you feel like you’re staying somewhere locals would actually recommend to their visiting relatives. The breakfast setup is simple but they do it right: fresh bread, local cheese that’s actually local, and coffee that doesn’t taste like it came from a machine that’s seen better decades. I got chatting with a regular guest (businessman who stays there monthly) and he told me the owner’s been running the place for over fifteen years, which explains why everything feels so… intentional, I guess? Like someone who cares is making the decisions. The 8.0 rating makes total sense when you realize it’s not trying to be flashy – it’s just consistently good at the basics. If you’re the type who values a genuine neighborhood feel over marble lobbies and turndown chocolates, this place will probably win you over. Plus, and this is purely practical, check-in was smooth even when I arrived earlier than expected, and they stored my luggage without making it feel like a huge favor.

  What could be improved: Don't saty with any serbian people
  Serbians make too much loud noise and they get drunk all the time .. the roof of the room curvy and uncomfortable
  
  Also for any arabian don't give your passport to the owner of the hostel for any reason ..

  Great location, close to the city and to the sea, with easy walking. Shaded balcony is overlooking the sea. There is a small kitchen with a stove and a fridge. The room is comfortable. Everything is new, clean. Bathroom also has a balcony, where one can dry clothes after swimming. There is a supermarket nearby.

  What could be improved: I enjoyed a lot being far from the busy and noisy town, but this place is a bit up hill.

  The owner and his mother are very ill-mannered and rude, they swear at the guests and yell at them, they enter the room without asking and mess around the room

  What could be improved: The accomodation was different from the description: not having private bathroom (it was shared by three rooms). Parking was difficult even on the street. We got a room in the mansard and the ceiling was really low, you hit the ceiling with your head all the time. There were some problems with the wifi connection.

  Господарі реагують на всі питання, вирішуючи їх. Новий ремонт. Затишна тераса з видом на гори. Кондиціонер. Чиста білизна
  
  What could be improved: Місце розташування на горі, хоча, як це й часто є в Будві. Прибирання: за 14 днів санвузол не прибирався. Відсутні мікрохвильова та електрочайник

  Domacini korektni, soba lepa i cista, imalo je sve sto je meni bilo potrebno za lep i prijatan odmor, apartman je nedavno renoviran, prijatno za boravak i odmor.
  
  What could be improved: Prilicno uzbrdo i udaljeno od plaze, na vrh Topliskog brda ka Top Hilu i aqua parku. Ja volim da pesacim i u dobroj sam kondiciji pa sam isao po 4x na plazu i vracao se prelezivsi svaki dan od 8-10 km. Da sam imao bajs stigao bi i do Jaza a mozda i Sv. Stefana.
