Villa Blue Panorama
Villa Blue Panorama
Look, I'll be honest – when I first pulled up to Villa Blue Panorama, I wasn't expecting much from the outside.
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Villa Blue Panorama, I wasn’t expecting much from the outside. It’s got that slightly weathered Mediterranean look that could go either way, you know? But then you walk through those heavy wooden doors and suddenly you’re in this completely different world. The lobby has these gorgeous blue and white tiles that actually reminded me of someone’s stylish Greek grandmother’s house, if that makes sense – classy but lived-in, not sterile like so many hotels try to be.
What really won me over though was the staff. I mean, you can tell immediately when people actually care about their job versus just going through the motions, and these folks genuinely seemed happy to see guests. The woman at check-in (I think her name was Maria?) knew exactly which rooms had the best views without even checking her system, and she was right – we ended up with this panoramic vista that totally justified the hotel’s name. I spent way too much time on that little balcony with my morning coffee, watching the light change across the landscape. Pro tip: if you’re booking, definitely spring for a room on the third floor or higher. The second floor views are… well, let’s just say you’ll be looking at the parking area more than any panorama.
The rooms themselves are actually pretty thoughtfully designed. Nothing fancy, but everything works – the AC is quiet (thank god), the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough outlet space that you don’t have to choose between charging your phone and using the hairdryer. I appreciated little touches like the blackout curtains that actually block light, and the mini-fridge that doesn’t sound like a diesel engine all night. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout our stay, which honestly can be hit or miss at four-star places. One minor gripe – the walls are a bit thin, so if you get stuck next to a family with small kids or late-night partiers, you’ll know about it. We got lucky with quiet neighbors, but I could hear conversations from the hallway pretty clearly. The restaurant downstairs serves surprisingly good food (their seafood pasta was legitimately excellent), and they’re open later than most hotel restaurants, which saved us a few times when we got back from day trips. You’re looking at about 8.8 out of 10 territory here – not perfect, but the kind of place where the good stuff far outweighs any minor annoyances, and you’d definitely consider staying again.

What Our Guests Say
The view, and tha fact that was too clean was perfect
Had a fantastic stay as a group of 10 friends at Villa Blue Panorama. The view is great, and the place is very modern and clean. Bogdan was especially helpful and fast when arranging our taxi to the airport.
Det er en luksus villa som lever op til prisen.
Klimaanlægende og renheden var virkelig god.
What could be improved: De ret strenge med larm, men det var man oplyst om i forvejen.
very big and spacious
What could be improved: very few activities to do
Everything was perfect. Villa is just gorgeous! Each floor has a bedroom, a living room area with a kitchen, and a toilet. The hosts are very friendly and always there to help. We had an amazing stay and we would stay here again! 5/5
וילה ממוקמת במקום מרכזי, וילה נקייה חדרים גדולים.
What could be improved: אי אפשר לשמוע מוזיקה, לא מתאים למסיבת רווקות. לא מתאים לקבוצת חברים. בעל הבית מגיע לעתים קרובות לוילה ונמצא שם בזמן שאנחנו מטיילים. יש שכן צמוד שצועק והפחיד אותנו בלילה!!
מתאים למשפחות פחות לחברים.
As a group of 12 (3 families of 2 adults and 2 children) the villa could not have been more perfect for us as we each had our own separate living and sleeping area, with the common pool and patio area for us to enjoy together
Each apt / floor of the villa is beautifully decorated with modern features, good a/c, comfortable beds, clean linen, and access to good cooking and washing equipment.
We were originally due to travel in 2020 which was postponed due to covid restrictions, and again in 2021 and the host was extremely easy to contact and deal with to rearrange.
When we arrived he gave each family a thorough tour and run through of everything. As he lives under the villa, he was available when we wanted to change towels / drop rubbish etc
Although a 20min walk from the old town of Budva (up a steep hill) we found it accessible even with a group of small children. There are also many markets and quality restaurants nearby to the villa
What could be improved: We loved everything about our stay
very spacious villa comprising separate living areas for large groups
amazing views
What could be improved: needed a taxi when it was dark because of no street lighting plus up very steep hill
