This little gem sits just off the main drag in Budva, and while it might not have the flashy facade of those beachfront hotels, it’s got something better – that authentic Montenegro vibe that actually makes you feel like you’re somewhere special.

The location is honestly perfect if you know Budva at all. You’re tucked away on a quiet residential street (thank god, because the main tourist areas can be absolutely mental during summer), but you can still walk to the Old Town in maybe ten minutes. I mean, you’ll pass some local cafes where the coffee is ridiculously good and costs about a euro – the kind of spots where old guys play chess and everyone knows everyone. The beach is close enough that you can hear the waves on quiet nights, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the constant party noise that plagues some of the waterfront places. Parking was actually a breeze too, which anyone who’s tried to park in Budva’s center will tell you is basically a miracle.

What really got me about Villa Golf 2 was the attention to detail – little things that show someone actually cares about this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable (that 10 rating isn’t just for show), and honestly, the beds are better than some fancy hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff genuinely seemed to want to help, not just go through the motions, and they knew the area well enough to point me toward this incredible family-run restaurant about three streets over that I never would’ve found otherwise. The building itself has this sort of… I don’t know, homey feel? Like staying at your well-organized friend’s place rather than some corporate hotel chain. Sure, it’s not going to win any architecture awards, but it’s got character. And the Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the building – you’d be surprised how many places still mess that up. The whole experience just felt genuine, which is getting harder to find as Budva gets more developed and touristy. If you’re looking for a place that gives you a real taste of Montenegro without the inflated prices and pretentious service, Villa Golf 2 delivers exactly what it promises, nothing more, nothing less.

  Objekat se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji, u blizini marketa, pekara i restorana, u mirnom naselju.
  Soba u kojoj sam boravila je bila veoma cista, a dorucak preukusan. Sve pohvale za kuvara!
