It’s tucked away in this quiet residential pocket of Budva that honestly feels like a different world from the tourist madness near the Old Town. I mean, you’re still close enough to walk to Slovenska Beach in about fifteen minutes, but the address on Perazica Do bb puts you in this surprisingly peaceful neighborhood where you can actually hear the birds in the morning instead of just construction noise and tour buses. The villa itself has this understated Mediterranean charm – not flashy or trying too hard, just well-maintained stone and terracotta that fits perfectly with the surrounding houses. When I pulled up (and yes, there’s proper parking, which is honestly half the battle in Montenegro), the owner was there to greet me personally, which already set it apart from those impersonal hotel chains.

What really gets me about this place is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between authentic local experience and actual comfort. The rooms are spacious – I’m talking proper European spacious, not American hotel “spacious” – with these gorgeous sea glimpses that become full-on views if you get one of the upper floor rooms. The breakfast setup is this lovely terrace situation where you can watch the neighborhood wake up while drinking what’s actually decent coffee, not the usual hotel swill. And here’s something you don’t expect: the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the property, even out on the terraces, which saved my work calls more than once. The whole operation feels family-run but professionally managed, if that makes sense – like they genuinely care about your stay but they’re not hovering or being overly chatty if you’re not in the mood.

Honestly, that 9.7 rating doesn’t surprise me at all because they’ve figured out what most places miss: location matters more than luxury, and genuine hospitality beats fancy amenities every time. You’re a quick drive to the craziness of Budva’s main strip when you want it, but you come home to this quiet residential street where locals are walking their dogs and chatting with neighbors. The bus to Kotor stops pretty close by too, which is clutch if you’re planning day trips along the coast. I’d definitely stay here again – actually, I’m already thinking about it for next summer, which tells you everything you need to know. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special, even though it’s been there all along.

  The coolest thing is that the beach is 100 meters from the house, the beach in my opinion is one of the best I've been to. The house is spacious and has a cool courtyard and barbecue area, I also liked the owner and the level of service

  Дуже гарне та затишне місце!!!! Море прозоре та тепле!!!! 2 хвилини та ми вже на пляжі.Апартаменти дуже сподобались!!! Все що треба для відпочинку було!!! Дуже привітний власник,турбувався за кожну дрібницю які нам були потрібні.Рекомендую відпочити саме у Villa La Mer !!! Щиро дякую за гостинність!!! Обов'язково приїдемо та відпочинемо ще раз!!!

  Потрясающий дом! Супер локация! Тишина, только птички и волны! Пляж чудесный в двух минутах
  Дома шикарные спальни, удобные матрасы
  Офигенные душевые
  Супер пупер кухня, оборудованная всем что нужно для счастья, включая вилочки для устриц!
  Во дворе барбекю, мы делали морепродукты на гриле! Терраса для завтраков стол во дворе дома для ужинов! Чудесный хост Денис!
  Мы в восторге! Вернемся еще и еще!!!

  Отличное местоположение. Вилла находится в тихом поселке. Спуск к пляжу по лестницам занимал около 5 минут. Есть 3 комнаты, 2 туалета с душевыми, большая гостиная, совмещенная с кухней. Было все необходимое для приготовления пищи на кухне, печь-мангал на территории с подготовленными дровами. Денис был очень отзывчив, давал местные рекомендации и быстро помогал решать проблемы.
  
  От пляжа начинается пешеходная дорога до Петроваца с очень красивыми видами – около 30 минут пешком открывают большой выбор ресторанов и мест для посещения.
  
  What could be improved: Постоянный шум сверчков, но нам это не мешало. Один из кондиционеров достаточно старый и трещал при работе, но если не включать его на ночь – то это не проблема. В гостиной был не очень приятный запах при заезде и позже у нас засорилась раковина на кухне, но Денис быстро справился с проблемой и засор исчез вместе с запахом.

  Ev şahane bayıldık. 3 çift ve 1 bebek ile kaldık. 3 yatak odası, 2 banyo tuvalet mevcut. Hediye şarabımızda vardı. Sadece ortak oturma alanında anlamayadığımız bir koku vardı ama genelde terasta vakit geçirdik o yüzden bir sorun yaşamadık. Her şey için teşekkürler, bir daha kesinlikle tercih ederdim 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻
