Honestly, Villa Ljubanovic caught me off guard in the best way possible. You know how sometimes you book a 3-star place and brace yourself for disappointment? Well, this isn’t one of those times. The moment I walked through the entrance, I could tell someone actually cares about this place – there’s this warm, family-run feeling that’s getting harder to find these days.

The rooms are what I’d call “thoughtfully simple” – nothing flashy, but everything works exactly as it should. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms are spotless with decent water pressure, which honestly matters more than marble countertops when you’re actually living there for a few days. What really got me was the attention to small details… fresh flowers in the lobby that actually get changed, staff who remember your name after one conversation, that sort of thing. The WiFi is solid throughout the building too – I mean, I was able to work from my room without those frustrating drops that plague so many hotels.

Here’s what I appreciated most: the place has character without trying too hard. You’ll find local artwork on the walls that feels genuine rather than hotel-generic, and the common areas have this lived-in comfort that makes you want to linger over morning coffee. The neighborhood is pretty quiet – I’m a light sleeper and had no issues with street noise, even on weekends. Parking was straightforward, which saved me the usual urban headache of circling blocks with luggage in tow. The staff genuinely knows the area well, and I got better restaurant recommendations here than from any guidebook. One evening, the front desk guy spent ten minutes drawing me a little map to this incredible local bakery that I never would have found otherwise. That 8.7 rating makes complete sense when you experience this level of personal attention – it’s the kind of place where small touches add up to something much bigger than the sum of its parts.

Hotel in Budva booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally popular music festivals and beach parties.

  We had a nice stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk from Budva Old Town and the bus station, making it very accessible and easy to explore all the main attractions. The apartment comfortable, with a cozy living area and the balcony. The view from the place is also beautiful. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was essential for us. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the taxi service. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We are thankful to the host for letting us keep our bags in the room even after checkout. We felt that the apartment offered good value for the price, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
  
  What could be improved: The teapot still had leftover tea from the previous guests, so we couldn't use it and the toilet seat wasn't properly cleaned. Rest no issues with the apartment.

  The accomodation is locates a few minutes by walk to the center and beach. We slept very well in that hotel. Breakfast was nice.

  I recently stayed in this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The balcony was huge, offering a great view and a perfect spot to unwind.
  
  The location of the hotel is superb, just a 10-minute walk to the sea and another 10 minutes to the old town. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable.
  
  What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I have never encountered such genuine hospitality in any other hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
  
  I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay with outstanding service.
  
  What could be improved: One area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While it was satisfactory, it lacked diversity and was almost the same every day. Including some pastries and a bit more variety would greatly enhance the experience.
