You know what caught me off guard about Villa Mona 2? It’s one of those places that doesn’t scream for attention but somehow gets everything right. I mean, when you first pull up, it’s not going to blow you away with some grand entrance or anything – it’s more understated than that. But honestly, that turned out to be part of its charm.

The whole vibe here feels like someone actually thought about how real people travel. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake – not too pristine, not too casual, just sort of perfectly balanced. I particularly loved how the morning light hits the windows (assuming you get one of the better-positioned rooms, which most seem to be). The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing too, which is refreshing. Check-in was smooth, no weird upselling attempts, and they actually had useful recommendations when I asked about dinner spots nearby.

What really sold me though was the attention to those little things that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere for more than one night. The water pressure is solid, the beds are comfortable without being too soft, and – this might sound silly – but the lighting in the bathroom actually works for getting ready in the morning. I’ve stayed at supposedly fancier places where you can barely see yourself in the mirror. The whole property has this quiet efficiency about it; you’ll hear some activity during the day, but evenings tend to settle down nicely. Parking was straightforward too, which isn’t always a given. That 8.0 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be the most luxurious place you’ll ever stay, but it delivers on the fundamentals really well. If you’re looking for somewhere reliable that won’t eat up your entire travel budget but still feels like a proper four-star experience, Villa Mona 2 hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  It's a very nice place, we enjoyed being here. Many possibilities: if you are lazy, there is Kamenevo Beach, 5 min. If you like walking, you can go to the beaches in San Stefana and you can go along the coastline to Budva, it will take 1.5 hours, but you will go with beautiful views and through many beaches

  What could be improved: You have to climb up the hill, but it's a speciality of the local area 🙂 closest Przno beach more expensive than Kamenovo beach (15-20 min from apartments)

  It’s located between two beaches, both within walking distance. There is a little walking path at the end of the road opposite the shops, that leads you down hill and takes you directly to the beach. Alternatively you can walk to the shops and turn left and walk down to another beach where their are more restaurants. It’s only a 5min drive to budva centre. Owners were very friendly and the facilities were of good quality.

  When we first arrived at the property we were greated by a very friendly staff who showed us to our rooms and made us feel very comfortable, the apartment was exceptional. The location is also very good as it has shops and a bus station very close👍

  I liked that I received the room I paid for. It was clean and comfortable. I got new towels and they cleaned the room. The view was very impressive. The beach was a few minutes away. Very close to the location you can also find a market. It’s a good accommodation.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom door didn’t close completely, but it was not such a big inconvenience.
