The building has that Mediterranean villa vibe that works so well in Montenegro, with clean lines and just enough character to feel authentic.

Location That Actually Matters

Here’s what I love about where this place sits — you’re in Budva but not drowning in the chaos of the main tourist strips. The location really is something special, and I get why couples rate it so highly for romantic trips. You can walk to the Old Town in about ten minutes, which means you’re close enough to hit the restaurants and bars but far enough away that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 2 AM. The beach access is solid too, and there’s this nice mix of local cafes and actual neighborhood life around here that makes it feel less like a tourist bubble.

The Room Experience

My room was clean and comfortable — nothing fancy, but everything worked properly, which honestly matters more than marble countertops when you’re trying to relax. The air conditioning actually cooled the space down (not always a given in this part of the world), and the bed was firm enough that I didn’t wake up with a sore back. What really impressed me was how quiet it stayed at night. You get these little touches that show someone cares about the details, like decent lighting for reading and enough outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your phone charger.

Practical Perks

The free parking on-site is actually a huge deal if you’re driving around Montenegro — trust me on this one. Finding a spot in Budva during summer can be a nightmare, and paying for hotel parking adds up fast. Having your car right there gives you the freedom to explore the coast without worrying about where you’ll park when you get back. It’s one of those things that seems small until you really need it, and then you’re incredibly grateful it’s there.

Why Guests Love It

Villa Vojnic works because it gets the fundamentals right without trying to be something it’s not. You’re paying for a solid, well-located base to explore from, not a resort experience with bells and whistles. The staff seems to actually live in the area and can point you toward the good local spots, which beats generic tourist recommendations every time.   Apartmán je blizko plaze, v blizkosti obchodu, restauraci, pesi zony. nádherný vyhled na mesto a more. Skvěly personal, denne uklizi, velmi vstricny. Majitele ochotne zapujcili chybejici nadobi.

  Расположение очень удобное,близко море,супермаркет,много кафе и ресторанов на разный бюджет.К старому городу пешком минут 20-25 вдоль моря.
  
  What could be improved: Ничего особенного,бюджетное жильё.Проблемная локация на booking,по адресу который указан не смогли найти виллу,только связавшись с хозяином все прояснилось.Оказалось жильё в конце улицы,а не в начале куда привёл навигатор по координатам и адресу из booking.

  Die Gastfreundlichkeit war überragend. Sehr nettes Personal und sehr hilfreich. Falls ich wieder nach Budva gehe, werde ich wieder dort hingehen.
  Das Zentrum und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Supermarket, welches neu aufgegangen ist befindet sich unmittelbar in der nähe. Einfach TOP!!!

  Nice place, 10 minutes from the beach
  
  What could be improved: We had ordered a sea view, we even paid extra for it… when we complained on the spot, we were not satisfied, they didn't want to solve it, the view was to the next house. The terrace they offered in the description was not a terrace but a passageway with a table, no privacy.

  Przepiękny balkon wychodzący na morze, przede wszystkim czysto, klimatyzacja, na dole było można skorzystać z żelaska i deski do prasowania, ręczników pod dostatkiem. Mały aneks kuchenny – minimum ale w pełni wystarczajace. Apartament przestrzenny, nie czuło się jak w klatce.

  What could be improved: Booked and went to the location. Was closed at 23:00, didn't answer the phone. It was raining. Waited outside 30 min in the rain if anyone could come to open the door. Had to cancel and search for another place to stay

  The hosts were really nice. We were basically in the city centre. The Slovenska beach was also really close.
  
  What could be improved: The room didn't have a dining room or table and chairs to eat. We had to cook and eat outside on the hall, while other people were walking by.
