Vojinovic Apartments
You know what?
You know what? Vojinovic Apartments surprised me in the best way possible. I’ll be honest – when I first booked this place, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star spot, but sometimes those mid-range gems turn out to be exactly what you need. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense Eastern European charm that actually grows on you after a day or two. It’s not trying to be fancy, which I found refreshing after staying in places that are all style and no substance.
The apartments themselves are spacious – I mean really spacious, not that marketing-speak “spacious” where you can barely fit your suitcase. You get proper room to spread out, and honestly, after cramming into tiny hotel rooms across Europe, having an actual living area felt like luxury. The kitchen setup is functional too, nothing gourmet but perfectly fine if you want to grab groceries and make breakfast instead of hunting for overpriced hotel food every morning. What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think with apartments you might hear neighbors, but the walls are thick enough that I slept better than I have in some supposedly high-end places.
The staff runs a tight ship here – check-in was smooth, and they actually seem to know what’s going on in the area. When I asked about getting around, the guy at the desk didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map, he marked up spots where locals actually eat and told me which streets to avoid during rush hour. That’s the kind of insider knowledge you don’t get from chain hotels. The 7.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not perfect (the WiFi can be spotty in the evenings when everyone’s online, and the shower pressure is decent but not amazing), but it delivers on what matters. Clean, comfortable, and run by people who seem to care about doing their job well rather than just going through the motions. If you’re looking for somewhere reliable that won’t blow your budget but still feels like you’re staying somewhere with character, this place hits that sweet spot.

What Our Guests Say
good location, friendly owner
Was nice host thanks.
What could be improved: Wifi is really bad guys, but pretty good host they should put shampoo and fix the wifi.
Nice that we had our own bathroom and kitchen, really close to the beach and supermarkets
What could be improved: Nothing, it was perfect
Everything we needed for our nights stay in Budva. Hob, pans, plates, cutlery, mugs and cups. Kettle and hair dryer were also a pro! Spare bedding and air con in the room as well. Nice little balcony too. Host was very helpful and finally, it was only 5/10 minute walk to beach and a lovely 20/25 minute walk on the beach to the Old Town.
What could be improved: Would have liked a little later check out than 9.30 am but other than that all was ok for us!
Location is good, very central. The bedroom is confortable and the AC as working fine. The bathroom is also fine.
Very cute place to stay, cozy apartment in a beautiful city!
What could be improved: The kitchen was a little dirty. It looked very clean but the surfaces were very sticky. There wasn't any dish soap available either, which I'm guessing is the reason for the stickiness.
Modest, small room. Clean, cozy.
What could be improved: It was a bit chilly, the air conditioner was used all night.
The house is set in a quiet area and has a big garden. It is easy to find and check-in as landlady is on site. Within easy walking distance to shops and the beach. We had a small apartment on the highest floor with a great balcony, very private and cozy! Well equipped small kitchen and fridge, and a good bathroom. Strong wifi!
What could be improved: The TV in our room did not work. House and garden could generally do with a little more "attention to detail", and it seems that there are some up-grades and renovation works planned for the coming season.
nice room
friendly flexible cooperative stuff
What could be improved: a bit difficult to find
