You know what struck me first about Yeshill Apart & Studio? It’s tucked away on Žrtava Fašizma street, which honestly sounds way more intimidating than it actually is – it’s just a quiet residential road that puts you right in the sweet spot between Budva’s old town buzz and the calmer neighborhoods where locals actually live. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the medieval walls, but without all the tourist chaos right outside your window.
The place itself has that refreshingly unpretentious vibe that’s getting harder to find in Montenegro these days. It’s a 3-star spot, sure, but whoever’s running it clearly gets what travelers actually need versus what marketing departments think they want. The apartments and studios are properly spacious – not those cramped European “cozy” rooms where you’re bumping into furniture every time you turn around. What really won me over was the attention to practical stuff: decent WiFi (tested it with video calls, no problems), kitchenettes that actually have all the basics, and – this might sound small but trust me – proper blackout curtains. Because if you’re planning to enjoy Budva’s nightlife, you’ll want to sleep in without the Mediterranean sun blasting you awake at 6 AM.
The 9.1 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve stayed there. The staff has that Montenegrin hospitality thing down – friendly without being overbearing, and they actually know their neighborhood. Ask them about the best spot for morning coffee and they’ll send you to this tiny place around the corner where you’ll sit with local contractors starting their day, not just other tourists Instagramming their cappuccinos. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of town (welcome to Budva), but they’ve got it sorted for guests. The building itself is newer construction, so you don’t get those charming-but-annoying old building quirks like paper-thin walls or temperamental plumbing. During peak summer season it fills up fast – I’d definitely book ahead if you’re coming in July or August. But honestly, even shoulder season has its perks here because you get the same great base location with less crowds and you can actually enjoy walking around the old town without feeling like you’re in a theme park.
Budva’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with sea views, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this picturesque Montenegrin coastal town.

Exceptional Nice and clean hotel! Close to the bus station, shopping center and the embankment!
No need to look for anything else The location is very convenient, with the bus station nearby and several good cafes within walking distance. The beach is also not far away. There is free parking available, which is a big plus if you rent a car. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. On the first floor, there is a washing machine, and you can ask the host to wash your clothes. The host is friendly and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Room layout and design are also very good. After the first night, we extended our stay by two more.
What could be improved: The water heater is a storage type, and it's volume is not enough for three people consecutively. Also, the iron is damaged, although it still works. Once, when we arrived, the parking lot was fully occupied (we parked nearby, behind the store).
Exceptional Everything was perfect, the location is so clouse to the center. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is parking space for the car. Totally reccommended.
Easy effortless Good location
Can't find anything to complain! The apartment was at great location and easy to access and find. The rooms and whole building was really clean and cosy and rooms were perfect for us. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had good time there and can only highly recommend Yeshill Apart & Studio to anyone visiting Budva!! 10/10!!
I liked the views the beaches and the Old City. The apartment was nice, cosy and comfortable with a good amount of kitchenware to make meals. Sitting in the morning sun on the balcony was a great introduction to the day and handy for washing and drying a few things. It's close to the bus station, a supermarket and rest of the town. The hot water comes out almost immediately and is very hot so have to be careful not to burn yourself.
What could be improved: It was hard to find because there is no sign and the entrance is around the side. If you find the hairdresser and florist it's that building. The door is around the side of the building from the florist and it's the outside door. There are also several other apartment blocks with the same name but different addresses so it can be confusing for locals trying to help locate it. There's also the usual spillage of shower water because of an inadequate shower curtain that many places have. Just do the best you can. I found Budva impossible to exchange cash for euros or Albanian lek. There are no currency exchanges and few and far banks that change or change anything but US dollars. Banks also have lengthy queues that eat into your day's activities.
Exceptional Good host, cleanliness, location. Host is making an effort to provide parking spot for his guests.
All in all, to sum it up, excellent value for money.
What could be improved: Wifi on second floor is weak, better on lower floors.
Not that it really matters when one comes to a tourist location, but for the moments of relaxation in the apartment, there are no available Tv channels, except few uninteresting ones. Probably this will change during the season.
Relaxing time Clean nice apartment, close to everything. Owner is responsible and really helpful person. Even during NY time he managed to save parking place. Welcoming us with gifts for our daughter.
What could be improved: Wardrobe is little old fashioned and hard to move doors. But it functional.
Exceptional The owner was amazingly helpful. Will stay here again. Went above and beyond.
Would highly recommend Nice location and very nice people!!
