The building sits in what I’d call the sweet spot of Budva, where you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the chaos to actually get some sleep. Honestly, the location alone makes this three-star property punch way above its weight.

The Neighborhood Advantage

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re basically in the heart of everything without being right on top of the tourist madness. The Old Town is an easy walk (maybe 10 minutes if you’re strolling), and the main beaches are close enough that you won’t spend half your day getting there. But you know what really sold me? The local vibe around here. There’s a little bakery just down the street where locals actually go for their morning coffee, and a few restaurant options that haven’t figured out they can charge tourist prices yet. It’s that kind of authentic Montenegro experience that’s getting harder to find.

The Space Itself

The apartment setup is pretty smart — you get your own space without the hotel formality, which works perfectly for couples (and apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so, since couples rate this place really highly). The room feels bigger than you’d expect, probably because they’ve actually thought about the layout instead of just cramming furniture in. There’s a proper kitchen area that’s not just for show — I mean, you can actually cook a decent meal if you want to save some money or just prefer eating in sometimes. The whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I appreciate.

What Makes It Work

Look, this isn’t going to blow your mind with fancy amenities or over-the-top service, but that’s sort of the point. What you get is solid, reliable comfort in a spot that locals would actually choose to live. The parking situation is sorted (which, trust me, is a bigger deal in Budva than you might think), and the whole building has this quiet, residential feel that makes it easy to settle in. I found myself actually relaxing here instead of constantly thinking about the next thing on my itinerary.

After staying here, I totally get why recent guests have rated the location so highly — it really is that perfect balance of accessible and peaceful. You’re not paying for marble lobbies or concierge services you probably won’t use anyway. Instead, you’re getting a genuine base in one of Montenegro’s most interesting towns, run by people who seem to actually care about making sure you have what you need. For couples especially, there’s something nice about having your own little corner of Budva to come back to after a day of exploring. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just passing through.

  Perfectly clean apartment. Everything is like it is presented on photos. Air conditioning is brand new. Whole apartment is well equipped. Beautiful furniture. Comfy king size bed and single bed in bedroom. Very good location, everything we needed was near.
  We will definitely come back again.
  
  What could be improved: Around there is lack of parking spots. But we found it somehow, along the street, and close to the building, depending on time of the day.

  Недалеко від центру. Поряд знаходиться великий супермаркет.
  
  What could be improved: Ця квартира знаходиться в підвальному приміщенні, там дуже холодно і сиро, присутня пліснява на стінах. Можливо коли дуже спекотно, то там більш затишно. Але співвідношення ціни і якості явно не відповідає. Вікна виходять на стіну, тому постійно темно. Враження лише негативні.

  Близко к морю , хорошая инфраструктура , летом 1 этаж удобен тем , что не так жарко .
  
  What could be improved: Испугали висящие шкафы над изголовьем кровати. Хорошо бы их перевесить на другие стены. Не дай бог упадут. Спала на другой кровати.
  И хорошо бы сделать экран в душевой кабине. Неудобно каждый раз вытирать пол . Сохнет очень долго.
