But honestly, that turned out to be one of its best features. You’re literally a five-minute walk from all the Old Town craziness, yet when you come back at night, there’s none of that street noise that keeps you up until 3 AM.

The place has this understated thing going on that I really appreciated. It’s not trying to be some flashy resort (which, let’s be real, a 3-star rating sets the right expectations), but everything just… works. The apartment I stayed in had these big windows that let in ridiculous amounts of morning light, and the kitchen was actually functional – I mean, you could legitimately cook a proper meal if you wanted to skip the tourist restaurants for a night. The owner, Marko, met me personally for check-in and gave me this whole rundown of the neighborhood that you’d never get from reading reviews online. He told me which bakery opens earliest (crucial information, by the way) and warned me that the parking situation gets sketchy during peak summer, but there’s this little side street two blocks down where locals park.

What really struck me was how clean everything felt – and I don’t just mean housekeeping clean, though that was spot-on too. There’s something about the way the whole building is maintained that tells you the people running it actually care. The hallways smell like lavender instead of that musty hotel carpet smell, and the WiFi was honestly better than what I have at home. I spent a couple mornings working from the little balcony area, watching the neighborhood wake up with coffee vendors setting up their carts and kids walking to school. That 9.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not because they’re doing anything revolutionary, but because they’re doing all the basic stuff really, really well. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. After a day of walking around Budva’s stone streets in summer heat, that kind of detail matters more than you’d think. If you’re looking for something that feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a generic hotel room, this is exactly that vibe.

  Отличные апартаменты, даже лучше чем на фото, оборудованная кухня, стильная гостиная и спальня.
  Все чисто. Заселение без проблем, еще и парковка у дома. Вокруг магазины и кафе, море рядом.

  Brand new apartment with very convenient furniture, fully equipped with all necessary items for long-term stay. Availability of dishwashing and laundry machine is huge advantage. Private parking is also a great benefit, since it's a huge issue to find a vacant parking place in Budva.Will definitely come back again in the future!

  Parkplatz tatsächlich vorhanden (in Budva ziemlich relevant).
  Lage zentral. Wifi vorhanden.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage ist zentral, nah an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber eines Hotels. Daher kann es Nachts etwas lauter sein.
  Das Bett ist recht hart.
