Look, I’ll be straight with you about Apartments Raičević – this place surprised me in the best way possible. When I first pulled up, honestly, it didn’t look like much from the outside. Just a typical three-star setup, you know? But here’s the thing that caught me off guard: the attention to detail inside was way better than I expected for what you’re paying.

The apartments themselves are actually spacious – and I mean properly spacious, not that fake “European spacious” where you’re bumping into furniture every two steps. Each unit feels like someone actually lives there, with real kitchens that have everything you need (decent-sized fridge, proper stovetop, even a coffee maker that doesn’t look like it came from 1987). The owner, I’m guessing part of the Raičević family, was around during check-in and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything worked properly. Small thing, but they walked me through the apartment instead of just tossing me the keys – that kind of personal touch is getting rare these days.

What really sold me, though, was how quiet it stays at night. I mean, you get the occasional car passing by, but nothing that’ll wake you up. The walls between units are thick enough that I never heard my neighbors, which honestly impressed me because that’s usually a nightmare with apartment-style accommodations. The cleaning is thorough too – I’m talking about actually clean bathrooms and fresh linens, not just the surface-level stuff you sometimes get. Parking was straightforward when I was there, though I imagine it might get trickier during peak season. The 8.8 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. You’re getting solid value here, especially if you want something that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room.

  Property was very clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect (just a short walk to shops/bakeries and 20 mins to the old town). I wish I could give more than 10/10 due to the fact of the owner being fantastic. Not only did he give us great tips on what to do, directions, and a map, he made our travel 1000 X simpler by sorting transport to and from the airport and to day excursions at a fraction of the cost I could find elsewhere. Absolutely fantastic, will highly recommend this place for a stay in Budva 🙂

  The ownwrs are so welcoming, as if you came to visit family. Absolutely loved our trip. Extremely clean and the house is absolutely Beautiful inside and out!! Definitely all recommendations for this wonderful place!!!❤️❤️❤️
