You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Arvala Apartments – I mean, it’s a 3-star place and honestly, that usually means you’re rolling the dice on whether you’ll get hot water. But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The building has this understated charm that grows on you, and the moment you walk into the lobby, you can tell someone here actually cares about the details. It’s not trying to be fancy, but everything feels clean and thoughtfully put together.

The apartments themselves are where this place really shines – and I think that’s why it’s sitting at a 9.1 rating, which is pretty incredible for a mid-range spot. The rooms are genuinely spacious (not that “European cozy” nonsense where you can’t open your suitcase), and they’ve got these little kitchenettes that actually work. I’m talking real counter space, a proper fridge, and a stovetop that doesn’t take twenty minutes to boil water. The beds are surprisingly comfortable too – I slept better here than I did at a supposedly luxury place I stayed at last month. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re not stuck out in the middle of nowhere. The walls must be decent because I never heard my neighbors, which honestly is half the battle with apartment-style places.

The staff here gets it – they’re helpful without being hovering, you know? Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about getting around the area, the front desk person actually gave me real local advice instead of just pointing to a tourist map. Parking was straightforward too, which saved me the headache of circling blocks looking for a spot. I mean, it’s not going to blow you away with marble lobbies or infinity pools, but sometimes you just want a place that does the basics really, really well. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a sterile hotel room – and where you won’t cringe when you see the bill – Arvala Apartments definitely delivers on that promise.

  Beautyfull view from balcony. Very clean house. A lots of good food around. 15min to beach, 50min to Morgan beach, 40min to old city (reachable by food). Hostess very kind and helpful. Recomend

  Good location, very very friendly and helpful staff Aleksandra, clean apartment (014 apartment with excellent terrace)! Beach 10-15 min, old town 30 min walk. Better beach (Queen Beach, Sveti Stefan beach) is 15 min by taxi 12-15€, by bus 2,50€. It was a perfect and very beautiful holiday! Thanks a lot!
