The location on Dositejeva Street is actually pretty clever — you’re close enough to Budva’s old town that you can walk there in about five minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds. I mean, you can literally see the old school across the street, which gives you a nice reference point when you’re trying to find your way back after exploring. The parking situation is a real win here too, especially since finding a spot in Budva’s center can be a nightmare during peak season. Having free on-site parking basically saves you both money and stress.
The Room Experience
The rooms are clean and functional without being fancy, which is exactly what you want from a solid three-star place. You know what I appreciated most? The air conditioning actually works properly — sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong during Montenegro’s hot summers. Each room has enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms are modern enough, with a nice shower setup and quality toiletries provided.

Here’s something interesting — they advertise ski-to-door access, which caught me off guard at first since you’re thinking beach town, right? But Montenegro’s mountains are closer than you think, and during winter months, this actually becomes a pretty unique base for hitting both coastal areas and ski slopes. It’s not something you see advertised much in this part of the Balkans. The spa facilities add another layer of relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff seems genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions like at some chain hotels.

Удобное расположение-до старого города минут 10 пешком, чистота в квартире, чистое и новое постельное белье и полотенца, просторная терраса с видом на горы, наличие посуды и бытовой техники, удобное заселение и выселение, очень приятная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Внизу есть магазинчик, где можно купить необходимые продукты.
What could be improved: Может придирки, но нам не хватало микроволновой печи разогревать еду, еще не смогли найти штопор чтобы открыть бутылку вина. Один рулон туалетной бумаги на 4 человека на 4 дня было недостаточно. Также не совсем удобно один кондиционер на 3 комнаты – ночью на кухне с ним очень холодно, а до остальных комнат холодный воздух доходит слабо.
