First Impressions
Walking through the narrow cobblestone streets of Budva‘s Old Town, you’ll stumble upon Casa Di Mino Old Town tucked away on a quiet side street that feels worlds apart from the tourist crowds just minutes away. This three-star property doesn’t try to be something it’s not — it’s a charming, intimate place that gets the basics absolutely right. The moment you step inside, you realize this isn’t your typical hotel experience, and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it special.
Location Magic
I mean, you really can’t beat this spot. The hotel sits right in the heart of the medieval Old Town, where you’re literally surrounded by 15th-century stone walls and centuries of history. What I love about Nikole Đurkovića street is that it’s residential enough to feel authentic — you’ll see locals hanging laundry from their windows and chatting with neighbors — but you’re still just a two-minute walk from the main square and all those waterfront restaurants. The beach? Well, it’s practically at your doorstep, and not just any beach, but that gorgeous stretch of Adriatic coastline that Budva’s famous for.
The Accommodation
The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed, with traditional stone walls that keep things cool even during those sweltering summer afternoons. You know what struck me most? The attention to detail — proper blackout curtains (a godsend when you want to sleep in), excellent water pressure in the shower, and air conditioning that actually works efficiently. The furnishings feel authentic to the setting without being overly rustic, and there’s enough space to spread out your things without feeling cramped.
Daily Rhythms
Mornings here have this lovely, unhurried quality. The Old Town wakes up slowly — you’ll hear the gentle sounds of shopkeepers opening their doors and the distant clatter of coffee cups from nearby cafes. What’s brilliant is that you can grab breakfast at any number of local spots within a stone’s throw, from traditional Montenegrin bakeries to that excellent little restaurant on the corner that serves proper Balkan coffee. The staff at Casa Di Mino actually knows the neighborhood inside and out, so they’ll point you toward the places locals frequent rather than the obvious tourist traps.
Why Guests Love It
There’s something genuinely special about staying in a place where couples consistently rate the location nearly perfect — and after spending time here, I completely understand why. It’s that rare combination of being in the absolute center of everything while still feeling like you’ve discovered a hidden gem. The property manages to capture the authentic spirit of Old Town Budva without sacrificing comfort or convenience. You’re close enough to join the evening promenade along the ancient walls, yet far enough from the main drag that you can actually get a good night’s sleep. Plus, with that kind of rating from previous guests, you know you’re not taking a gamble — this place consistently delivers exactly what it promises.
Apartments in Budva suit digital nomads with breezy terraces, reliable fiber, and cowork lofts near the marina.

What Our Guests Say
I have been on a Balkan tour for about 13 days. I have stayed in 12 different facilities but this is the first time I have stayed in such a clean and tidy facility. The location, the view, the cleanliness, the elegance of the room, everything was very nice at a 5-star hotel level. I recommend it to everyone.☺️☺️
Loved our stay at Casa Di Mini in Budva! Wonderful location, spacious place and very comfortable. A little bit noisy at night.
Terrific location and view.
The location was great. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had almost everything. Contact with the owner and key exchange was pleasant and effortless.
What could be improved: The building can be a bit noisy at times when upstairs neighbors move their furniture or walk around. But the noise was nothing too serious. Also, a few minor kitchen utensils like a bottle opener, cutlery, and scissors would be good addition to the kitchen.
Great views up on unit 3. Sea view ..roof top view… amazing historical building…
What could be improved: Have nothing to report
It was sooooo magic! In the old city, with the best view. The room is super interesting too
Great and cozy apartment, very helpful host. He shared the photos to access to apartment, he was very helpful.
Amazing view from balcony, you can feel Old Town spirit from this view.
Walking distance to everywhere. Kitchen is well-equipped. Everything was new.
2 nights inside the Old Town was a great choice.
What could be improved: This is not about the apartment. Parking is a problem in Old Town, you need to leave your car in paid parking lots, it might be pricey or try to find free parking very far away. We tried but we couldn’t find free space or trust the area because of towing and/or parking penalties.
The apartment is truly amazing! The best in Budva.
What could be improved: Didnt get that the boiler can be turned on in the hall, so had a shower with a cold water.
An absolutely fantastic stay right in the heart of the stunning Budva Old Town
Stunning location
Beautifully finished and some wonderful details
What could be improved: Could have done with an extra pillow... but this was rectified straight away with a simple request
Absolutely everything. Location was great, right in old town. Studio has everything you need & it's lovely. Would most definitely stay there again.
