I watched couples stroll past my window every evening, heading toward the medieval fortress or down to Slovenska Beach, and it hit me why this place scores so ridiculously high with romantic travelers. The cobblestone streets of the Old Town are right there, but you’re also close enough to the modern restaurant scene along the waterfront. Actually, I found myself skipping the hotel breakfast most mornings just to grab coffee at one of the tiny local spots nearby — that’s how walkable everything is.

The Space Itself

My room was simple but thoughtfully arranged — nothing fancy, but everything worked exactly as it should. The owners clearly understand that travelers want clean, comfortable spaces without unnecessary frills. What impressed me most was how quiet it stayed despite being in such a central spot. I mean, Budva can get pretty lively during summer nights, but somehow the building blocks most of the street noise. The air conditioning actually worked (not always a given in Montenegro), and the Wi-Fi was solid enough for video calls back home.

Practical Perks

One thing that saved me serious headaches was the private parking situation. If you’ve ever tried finding a parking spot in Budva’s Old Town area during peak season, you’ll understand why this matters so much. Most hotels in this location either don’t offer parking at all or charge ridiculous daily rates for it. Here, it’s just included and actually accessible — no squeezing through impossibly narrow medieval streets to reach it. The staff was pretty helpful too, though don’t expect round-the-clock concierge service or anything like that.

You’re paying for an unbeatable location and solid basics, not marble bathrooms or rooftop pools. It’s the kind of place where the location does most of the heavy lifting, and honestly, in a town like Budva, that’s often all you really need.

  Excellent value accommodation in the centre of Budva. Fully equipped with washing machine, kettle, iron, fridge etc. comfortable bed. Strong shower.

  Place was very close to the sea, supermarket, parking and city center. 2 balconies and very nice view.
  
  We enjoyed a lot and we were satisfied.
  
  The owner was super pleasant and she was helping even to find parking in the city in the evening.
  
  What could be improved: The guest neighbours came 3 night from 2am to 5am and had a lot of loud fun, but unfortunatelly this one cannot influence.
  
  Dishes and floor could be little bit cleaner before our arrival, but cleaning lady probably didnt manage by mistake.

  we really enjoyed our stay!! everything was great- Maca welcomed us really nicely, the room was huge enough, clean and really well kept, we got fresh towels everyday. the air conditioning in the room worked very well. location was also perfect- in the middle of the city centre, but still in the quiet street. everything was veryy close- beach, clubs and grocery stores. i really reccomend the place and if i ever come back to budva i will choose this place to stay again!
