But you know what? Sometimes the places with the most straightforward names are the ones that actually deliver without all the fancy nonsense.

The apartment itself is exactly what you’d expect from a solid 3-star spot – nothing flashy, but everything works. The bedroom’s got a decent-sized bed (I mean, I’m 6’2″ and didn’t feel cramped), and there’s actually proper blackout curtains, which honestly saved my vacation since I’m one of those people who can’t sleep with any light creeping in. The kitchenette is small but functional – I managed to make coffee every morning and even cooked pasta a couple nights when I didn’t feel like hunting down restaurants. The fridge is one of those compact European ones, so don’t plan on storing groceries for a week, but it’ll handle your essentials just fine.

Now, about that 500-meter walk to the beach – it’s legit, and I actually timed it because I’m weird like that. Takes about 6-7 minutes at a normal pace, maybe 4 if you’re eager to hit the sand. The path isn’t particularly scenic (you’ll walk past a small grocery store and some residential buildings), but it’s flat and straightforward. What I really appreciated was coming back from the beach around sunset – you’re far enough away that you don’t get the late-night party noise from the beachfront bars, but close enough that you can still hear the waves if you open the windows. There’s street parking right outside, though it gets competitive during peak season. I stayed in September and never had issues, but I’d imagine July and August are a different story. The building itself is quiet – thick walls, I guess – and the neighbors seemed to be mostly other tourists who were respectful about noise levels. Check-in was refreshingly simple too; the owner met me right at the apartment, showed me around in about 10 minutes, and handed over the keys. No fancy lobby drama or complicated procedures.

What really sold me on this place was the little details that make a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The shower has proper water pressure (seriously underrated until you don’t have it), there’s decent wifi throughout, and the air conditioning actually cools the place down without sounding like a freight train. Plus, that grocery store I mentioned? It’s open until 10 PM most days and has surprisingly good produce, so you can grab fresh stuff for breakfast without making it a whole expedition. For the price point and that 8.0 rating, this apartment delivers exactly what it promises – a comfortable base that’s close to the beach without the beachfront premium. It’s not going to wow you with luxury, but it’ll take care of the basics really well, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  What could be improved: Мы проживали в квартире 18 дней. Половина нашего отдыха было испорчено соседским старым кондиционером, который отдыхающие включали с 22.00-5.00.Мы с мужем все ночи не спали,это было не просто ужасно, а очень, очень ужасно… Гул, шум, сотрясение стен, ужасная головная боль и уже никакой радости от летнего солнечного дня. Жалею о том, что не очень обратила внимание на отзыв 2019 г., в котором отдыхающие предупреждали о кондиционере. В описании указано, что ванна джакузи , это не правда. Осыпавшаяся затирка плитки, поломанный и вечно падающий рычаг душа, двигающийся унитаз, куча каких-то моющих средств, мыло упавшие от разных отдыхающих. Звукоизоляции вообще нет никакой. На кухне всё залипшее, и какие-то запахи парфюмерии напшиканные на всех салфетках, и в шкафу. Весь отдых меня приследовали эти парфюмы, а у меня аллергия. Но то что нет веника, швабры чтобы сделать влажную уборку и помыть плитку это меня убило на повал. Они посоветовали пылесос,который ваняет старой пылью. Интернет тоже часто отключался. А когда он у них закончился, они посоветовали нам купить карточки. И ещё самое не приятное, было то, что хозяева сказали, что они сделали нам скидку, как украинцам. Мы заказывали через Букинг, во первых ,букинг в Черногории украинцам по жилью не делает скидку, установлена одна цена для всех отдыхающих,а во – вторых когда мы заказываем там ни где не пишется с какой мы страны.. Эта квартира не стоит этих денег, даже и половины того что мы заплатили. Впечатления у нас остались очень неприятные(((
