You know what struck me first about Sea view Royal Apartments Tre Canne? The name actually delivers – and I mean, how often does that happen these days? Walking into the lobby, I could already catch glimpses of that Mediterranean blue through the windows, and honestly, it set the tone for everything else. This isn’t one of those massive resort complexes where you feel like cattle being herded around. It’s more intimate, sort of elegant in that understated Italian way where they don’t need to shout about being fancy.

The apartment setup is brilliant – I mean, really brilliant. You get proper living space, not just a hotel room with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner. The kitchenette actually works (tested it with morning coffee and some local pastries), and there’s something refreshing about having room to spread out your stuff without playing suitcase Tetris. The sea views vary depending on which unit you get, but even the partial view rooms give you enough of that coastal feeling. What I loved was how quiet it stays, even during busier periods – the building’s design seems to buffer a lot of the typical vacation noise you’d expect. The 4-star rating feels right; it’s polished and comfortable without being stuffy, though I’ll be honest, the Wi-Fi can be a bit temperamental in some corners of the building.

Here’s the thing that really won me over – it’s the kind of place where you can actually live a bit like a local for a few days. There’s proper counter space for spreading out maps and planning day trips, decent lighting for reading (seriously underrated in most hotels), and the staff genuinely seems to know the area well. They pointed me toward this little seafood spot that wasn’t in any guidebook but turned out to be incredible. The location puts you close enough to the action without being right in the thick of tourist chaos, which is perfect if you want to duck back for an afternoon break without it feeling like a major expedition. That 8.7 rating makes sense when you add it all up – it’s not trying to be everything to everyone, but what it does, it does really well.

  The flat is very well equipped and spacious. It looks just like pictures and the view to the sea is wonderful. Also walking distance to everything you may want. Couldn't fault the room especially for the price.
  
  What could be improved: The check in was a bit weird, they took us to the room and asked us to pay in cash and then we had to walk to the tourist office to pay our tax or we could give the ladies our passports and they would do it. We of course went with them rather than handing our passports to strangers and on the way one of them left and turned back towards the hotel. This seemed so dodgy and was not a comfortable start to the stay. However, everything was fine! I think check in could be improved with more communication.
  
  The pool is an extra charge as stated on the hotel info. However, they let us use it for no extra charge in between Spa treatments.

  Very spacious, beautiful and modern. Gorgeous view from the room and from the terrace where the pool is. Very central but still quiet.
  
  What could be improved: No safebox, the AC is hidden behind a wood box that you have to remove first. They should have installed modern ACs so they dont have to hide those ugly ones with the wood box.

  What could be improved: The apartment is private owned but it is located inside a hotel. Apparently the hotel doesn't like the guests from these private-owned apartments and we were very bad treated by them. The recepcionist charged us a ridiculously high amount for a taxi ride of 600 meters (we didn't know exactly where the place was). Also POOL IS PAID and not included as the ad says so. Parking lot is double the price as they informed us (hotel wanted to charge 30eur per day and the hosts said it was 15eur). I found out about the pool being paid one day before my arrival, they have no cancelation policy and as the person could speak no English, they put me in contact with a man called Kiril and he was pretty rude to me. Kitchen suplies are poor, we could manage to use them but for the price we paid, we should have way more. No freezer, only a refrigerator. I have been at this hotel before and our experience was much better. This time we were very disappointed.
  The location is good and also the apartment size for our family (2 adults and a kid) was pretty good, but for sure we will never return. Also, we advise anyone to not book with them.

  Self catering. The apartment was clean well furnished, comfortable and reasonably well equipped, could have done with an oven or microwave not just the two ring cooker. The Air Con units were inadequate for the room sizes

  The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped, and the staff were very friendly. The shower was slightly broken, everything else worked fine.
  There was A LOT of construction work in the area and a 10 minute walk to the old town with a lot of tourist stands on the way that didn’t fit with our expectations. But the hotel in it self is quiet and very nice.

  What could be improved: Apartment’s site is misleading. Beware of additional charges and hidden costs. Despite it is being clearly stated that pool is included, they charge 30 EUR per person per day. Pictures are mixed from a couple of apartments, with significant differences in quality. Bathroom is longing for reconstruction.
  
  Sea view is indeed great, but with the addition of an „exclusive“ view of the construction site from one side and the Chinese flea market on the other, plus garbage containers, which nobody mentioned.
  
  They even try to double charge city tax. Not worth the money. Avoid…

  Apartman u kom smo bili je prelep, kao na slikama, još i lepši uživo. Prostran, svetao, ima sve što je potrebno, panoramski pogled na more. Klima je bila i u dnevnoj i u spavaćoj sobi. Primopredaja ključeva jednostavna i sve je bilo po dogovoru, devojka koja nas je sačekala je jako ljubazna. Lokacija je odlična, na samom šetalištu, plaža jako blizu, ima prodavnica, kafića, radnji, bukvalno sve ispred zgrade. Preporučujem ovaj apartman za dolazak u Budvu.
