Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about SEASALT Apartments in Rafailovichi, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best discoveries are the ones that completely catch you off guard, and this little gem absolutely did that.

The thing about Rafailovichi is that it’s got this perfect sweet spot vibe – you’re literally a two-minute walk from some of the most gorgeous beaches along the Budva Riviera, but you’re not dealing with the absolute chaos that downtown Budva throws at you during peak season. SEASALT really gets this balance right. The apartments themselves are way more thoughtfully designed than you’d expect – I mean, they’ve actually paid attention to details like proper lighting and decent water pressure (trust me, after a day exploring Montenegro’s coast, a good shower matters). The kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped too, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in this area can get pricey fast.

What really impressed me was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area. Not just the touristy stuff, but real local insights – like which beach spots are less crowded in the afternoons, or where to grab the best burek without walking all the way into Budva proper. The woman at reception (I think her name was Marija?) pointed me toward this little family-run restaurant tucked away from the main strip that I never would’ve found otherwise. That’s the kind of local knowledge that actually makes a difference when you’re trying to experience a place, not just tick it off your list. The apartments are quiet too – well, as quiet as anywhere gets when you’re this close to the water and the summer nightlife. You’ll hear some music from the beach bars until maybe midnight, but it’s not the kind of thumping bass that keeps you awake all night. Actually, I found it sort of charming after a while, like a distant soundtrack to the whole coastal experience. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free, which anyone who’s driven along this stretch of coast will appreciate – there’s a small lot that feels secure, and you’re not circling around for twenty minutes looking for a spot like you would closer to Budva’s old town.

Here’s what really sold me on this place though – that 9.9 rating isn’t some fluke or small sample size thing. After staying there, I totally get it. It’s not trying to be fancy or oversell itself, it’s just really, really good at being exactly what it promises to be. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and run by people who actually care about whether you have a good time. Sometimes that’s worth way more than marble lobbies and overpriced minibars, you know?

  Amazing apartment very very close to the seaside. 2 min walk to the beach and very good restaurants. Apartment is quite big with kitchen and separate bedroom, very clean, nice mountains view. We enjoyed our time there!

  Spacious new apartment, fully corresponds to the photos. Very clean. Perfect location, close to the beach, bus stop to Budva, parking, supermarket, restaurants. The kitchen is good equipped, beautiful tableware. Nice and helpful owner, always in touch.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. Only one wish is to add the sun shade to the balcony, because the sun is very hot in the mornings.

  We really enjoyed! The location is excellent, close to the beach, everything is new, the layout is comfortable, the design is super, everything for shower and kitchen is there
  
  What could be improved: there is only one bathroom – it’s not enough for a family, wash the glass on the balcony railing, put a mattress pad on the bed, for example, from Ikea, and for the future it is possible to negotiate with parking in the house and it's better to pay 28 euros for a place in the house than for that parking lot that not worth the money at all

  Der Balkon war super, er liegt Richtung Osten, sodass man aber Mittag keine direkte Sonne mehr hat und auch Abends gut dort Essen kann. Blick Richtung Berge. Es führt zwar recht Nah eine Hochstraße an der Wohnung vorbei, sie ist aber erstaunlich leise. Nachts hört man sie schon, aber wir sind sehr empfindlich und sie hat uns nur wenig gestört. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet sodass wir gut einfache Gerichte kochen konnten. Es gab auch viele Basics (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, ein paar Teebeutel, Waschpulver, Spülmittel), sodass wir nichts derartiges kaufen mussten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung nochmal buchen.
  
  What could be improved: Der Host sollte eigentlich die in Montenegro fällige "Tourist-Tax" zahlen, das muss man aber selber machen. Immerhin wird in der Wohnung darauf hingewiesen. Klopapier wäre nett gewesen.

  Отличные апартаменты с прекрасной локацией в рафаиловичах. Сами апартаменты отлично оборудованы, есть все необходимое для проживания. Рядом пляж, продуктовые магазины, остановка автобуса. Вопросы решались очень оперативно.

  Отличные новые апартаменты, всё необходимое и даже больше есть в них. Хозяева продумали всё до мелочей, например стиральный порошок, мыло, приправы, масло, всё что необходимо для комфортного нахождения!Такое редко встречается при заселении в апартаменты. Идеальное расположение, до моря идти 2 минуты, и ты оказываешься в центре набережной посёлка Рафаиловичи. В 10 минут ходьбы прекрасный уедененный пляж каменево. Рядом магазины, пекарни, кафе. Хозяйка Анна всегда на связи и помогала нам сориентироваться по городу. Пешком можно дойти до Будвы и о. Святого Стефана.

  Дуже гарне розташування поруч пляж та різні заклади харчування.
  Господарі швидко вирішували проблеми, які з'являлися під час нашого перебування.
  Треба розраховувати, що паркування платне.

  Апартаменти повністю нові, фото відповідають дійсності. Є все необхідне для відпочинку. Пляж, магазин дуже близько. Є ліфт, будинок новий. Власники дуже уважні. В номері нас чекав подарунок. Біля будинку є місця для автомобіля.
  
  What could be improved: Це чудове місце для подобової оренди. Для довготривалого проживання великої сім'ї місця небагато. Але ж Рафаіловичі – це місце, де краще проводити час навулиці, а не в квартирі)

  Новые апартаменты с прекрасным расположением. Очень тихо и чисто. Есть всё необходимое. Отличная коммуникация с владельцем Анной.
  
  What could be improved: Слишком жёсткие и высокие подушки, спать было немного неудобно. Из небольших пожеланий: было бы здорово иметь бутылку воды в холодильнике для новых гостей, а также кофе-капсулы. Также вариант с бесконтактной оплатой был бы более предпочтителен, чтобы не нужно было договариваться о личной встрече и подстраиваться друг под друга. В остальном всё выше всяческих похвал.
