You know what really caught me off guard about Seaview Paradise Apartment? The name actually delivers – and I say that as someone who’s been burned by too many “ocean view” places where you need binoculars and a prayer to spot water. Here, you’re genuinely looking out at the sea from most of the rooms, and honestly, that 8.1 rating makes perfect sense once you settle in for a night or two.

It’s one of those three-star places that punches above its weight class, if you know what I mean. The apartment setup is what really works here – you get that homey feeling without sacrificing the convenience of hotel-style service. I mean, having a little kitchenette changes everything when you want to grab some local produce and make breakfast while watching the sunrise over the water. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they’re thoughtfully laid out, and whoever designed them clearly understood that travelers want space to actually live, not just sleep. The Wi-Fi is solid (tested it during a few video calls), and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, which honestly is a win in my book.

What I really appreciate is how the staff seems to know their neighborhood inside and out – they’ll point you toward the better local spots instead of just handing you a generic tourist map. The whole place has this relaxed, unpretentious vibe that I find way more appealing than stuffy hotel lobbies with marble everything. Sure, you’re not getting room service at midnight or a concierge in a fancy uniform, but you are getting clean, comfortable space with that sea view that makes you want to grab your morning coffee and just… breathe for a minute. The location puts you close enough to the action without being right in the middle of tourist chaos, which is pretty much the sweet spot for me. If you’re the type who values good value and genuine ocean views over fancy amenities you probably won’t use anyway, this place delivers exactly what it promises.

  Odlična lokacija, fenomenalan vlasnik, preporuka za boravak u Budvi. Apartman je opremljen do najmanjih sitnica koje vam mogu zatrebati. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom lagana, možete se dogovoriti oko svega, sve pohvale. Definitivno ću ponovo doći prilikom sledećeg boravka u Budvi

  Odlicna lokacija, prelep smestaj i pogled. Stepenica ima ali ne 780 kao sto je neko komentarisao. Sasvim je koretno. Smestaj je blizu plaze. Domacin je jako prijatan i za sve izlazi u susret! Docekao nas je na autobuskoj stanici.

  What could be improved: Квартира была грязной. Было ощущение ,что квартира никогда не убиралась. Нам оставили грязные полотенца и покрывала, вся посуда была грязная, на стиральной машине лежал окурок сигареты, повсюду лежали волосы, пыль и грязь. Вся квартира пропахла сигаретами. Клининг нам предоставили частичный и только на 3 день пребывания. Большие полотенца мы так и не получили, покупали сами. Вид из квартиры был очень красивый. Расположение квартиры было отличное, очень близко идти к старому городу и пляжу.
