  Замечательное место! Номер был чистый уютный и достаточно просторный. Огромная личная терраса обросшая киви выглядела как дополнительная комната и отлично подходила для столовой. Тихая улица, рядом магазин. Очень радушная хозяйка, старалась нам помочь по нашим мелким вопросам. Можно постирать вещи. Есть смарт ТВ. Можно посмотреть любое кино и вообще все что угодно. Это было невероятно удобно.В следующий приезд постараемся поселиться в этом же месте

  Comfortable bed. There is a fridge. It has a nice terrace. There is a parking space in front of the house. Shop nearby.

  What could be improved: Owner asked for tourist tax, which is included in the price (after we said it is included, he gave it back). The room didn't had table and chairs, we only had small hand towels, luckily we had ours with us.
  The shower or the toilet was leaking, so half the bathroom was constantly under water.
  In the whole room was only 1 light bulb.
  In the fridge it was only 1 single shelf.
  I parked where the owner showed me, next to his car. In the last day i discovered he (or his family) smashed his door to my car multiple times, damaging the paint on my car.
  The apartment could use a renovation, the dehumidifier vent didnt worked at all.

  I had a problem with the first room, but problems were promptly resolved by the host and same for my other requests. The location has everything you need in the surrounding, the mall, bakery, coffee, restaurants. The second room had a nice view on the mountains even though view of the city was not so nice, since there is an ongoing construction nearby. Even though, location was still quiet. Parking without a problem. For me it was perfect value for money, thank you.
  
  What could be improved: The shower has a huge step, maybe it could be possible to improve this somehow, or at least get there a rug, since after taking shower, the floor is slippery. Even though the balcony door is somehow shaded, it should be further improved by outside/inside shades.

  What could be improved: There is a combination of new and really old furniture, the apartment itself needs a fresh coat of paint, leaky shower booth, towels were not once changed during our whole stay (and we got only 2 small ones)
