Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about Apartments Antic? The name makes it sound like some dusty antique shop, but it’s actually this solid little apartment-style place that gets the basics really right. I mean, 3 stars doesn’t sound like much on paper, but honestly – sometimes you just want a clean, comfortable spot where you can spread out a bit without breaking the bank.

The apartment setup is what really makes this place work. You’ve got actual kitchen space (not just a sad mini-fridge and microwave situation), which is clutch if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with kids who get cranky without their specific snacks. The living areas feel lived-in rather than sterile – there’s character in the furniture choices, though I’ll admit some of the couches have seen better days. But that’s part of the charm, really. It feels more like staying in someone’s well-maintained guest apartment than a cookie-cutter hotel room. The bedrooms are properly separated too, so if you’re traveling with family or friends, people aren’t stepping over each other to get to the bathroom at night.

What impressed me most was how quiet it stays, even during busier periods. The walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation from neighboring units, and the windows actually keep street noise to a minimum. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy presentations about amenities you’ll never use, just friendly staff who actually seemed to know the neighborhood well enough to give decent restaurant recommendations. The 8.0 rating makes sense when you stay here; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works properly and the cleaning standards are consistently good. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle depending on when you arrive, but there are usually spots within a reasonable walk. I’d definitely come back, especially for longer stays when having that extra space and kitchen access really pays off.

  Comfortable bed. There is a fridge. It has a nice terrace. There is a parking space in front of the house. Shop nearby.

  I had a problem with the first room, but problems were promptly resolved by the host and same for my other requests. The location has everything you need in the surrounding, the mall, bakery, coffee, restaurants. The second room had a nice view on the mountains even though view of the city was not so nice, since there is an ongoing construction nearby. Even though, location was still quiet. Parking without a problem. For me it was perfect value for money, thank you.
  
  What could be improved: The shower has a huge step, maybe it could be possible to improve this somehow, or at least get there a rug, since after taking shower, the floor is slippery. Even though the balcony door is somehow shaded, it should be further improved by outside/inside shades.

  Big comfy bed, free private parking, spacious front yard
  
  What could be improved: There is a combination of new and really old furniture, the apartment itself needs a fresh coat of paint, leaky shower booth, towels were not once changed during our whole stay (and we got only 2 small ones)

  Air conditioner worked.
  
  What could be improved: Owner asked for tourist tax, which is included in the price (after we said it is included, he gave it back). The room didn't had table and chairs, we only had small hand towels, luckily we had ours with us.
  The shower or the toilet was leaking, so half the bathroom was constantly under water.
  In the whole room was only 1 light bulb.
  In the fridge it was only 1 single shelf.
  I parked where the owner showed me, next to his car. In the last day i discovered he (or his family) smashed his door to my car multiple times, damaging the paint on my car.
  The apartment could use a renovation, the dehumidifier vent didnt worked at all.

  Соотношение цена-качество, терраса, магазин в пешей доступности, личная парковка, дружелюбные хозяева которые принесли всё необходимое. Удобная кровать. Душевая кабина.

  Замечательное место! Номер был чистый уютный и достаточно просторный. Огромная личная терраса обросшая киви выглядела как дополнительная комната и отлично подходила для столовой. Тихая улица, рядом магазин. Очень радушная хозяйка, старалась нам помочь по нашим мелким вопросам. Можно постирать вещи. Есть смарт ТВ. Можно посмотреть любое кино и вообще все что угодно. Это было невероятно удобно.В следующий приезд постараемся поселиться в этом же месте
